Adam T. Rauman

About
Adam is a distinguished legal professional, having earned his Juris Doctor with distinction from Stetson University College of Law following his undergraduate degree from Florida State University. As a member of the Florida Bar since 2010, he brings a wealth of experience to his practice. Before embarking on his legal career, Adam spent 15 years as a licensed financial advisor, holding FINRA series 7, 63, and 65 licenses, and he currently maintains an active Florida insurance license.
Specializing in Estate Planning, Probate, and Business Law, Adam skillfully balances asset protection with wealth transfer strategies. His transition from financial planning to estate planning was both natural and purposeful. As a financial advisor, Adam helped clients build their financial futures, but he was often disheartened to see those carefully crafted plans unravel after their passing. This realization drives his commitment to ensuring that his clients' intentions are honored, and their legacies preserved.
Prior to founding Preservation Law Firm, Adam worked alongside Patrick M. O'Connor at the O'Connor Law Firm. Adam resides in St. Petersburg with his wife, Beth, their dog, Bruno, and their two cats, Binx and Copper. Adam is also a proud father of Brittney, his daughter who now resides in Orlando.
